Welcome to our news and events page.. please check this page often to keep up to date on events, special sales and new items.  I'm sure most of you are aware by now that out shop in Historic Smithville NJ is closed and that we have re-located to New Jersey Ave. in Absecon.  We hope the new location is more convenient as we are aware that Smithville Village was quite a way out of the way.  Our new location is only about 5 miles from Historic Smithville, so for those of you planning a day trip to Smithville, we are right down Rt.9. 

 One of the reasons for the move to Absecon, was that we had so many ideas for expanding, but we had no freedom to do so in Smithville.  Our new shop in Absecon not only has the BEST and most comprehensive selection of British Foods but we have also included Fine Cheeses and a small Cafe' area where you can relax and enjoy a piping hot pot of tea or coffee and biscuits. 

After much resistance, the British Connection is now on myspace, facebook and twitter....so be our fan, our friend, follow us etc....as we go kicking and screaming in to the modern age....
